Staying at this hotel was a dream come true! The rooms are absolutely stunning, with a private jacuzzi overlooking the Caldera that is perfect for honeymooners. They are spacious, beautifully decorated, and offer an unbelievable breathtaking view. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who were always timely in meeting our needs. The location was a peaceful paradise, just a short walk from Fira city center, yet incredibly serene compared to other areas. Dining on the balcony was a fabulous experience, although the menu could use a bit more variety. Overall, this hotel offers a luxurious experience with some minor room for improvement.

Wow, I just couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the view from my room - it was the best view I've ever laid my eyes on! On top of that, the hotel is in an amazing location that just adds to the whole experience. The rooms were huge and tastefully decorated, offering views over the Caldera that would make an angel cry. However, on the downside, calling it a suite might be a bit of a stretch.
